CacaoLab strive to produce the highest quality single origin bean-to-bar chocolate.
We source the finest Filipino cacao beans, by direct trade, from farms located in the Mindanao region.
We use a minimum of high-quality ingredients (no preservatives, no palm oil, no soy, no GMO).
We meticulously go through each step from roasting cracking and winnowing the cacao beans to the refining, tempering, molding and wrapping of every bars, in small batches at a time, to craft the perfectly solid, fine and creamy chocolate you can’t resist!
